An exhale is a powerful tool. An exhale, releases stress, toxins, emotions…an exhale, can make us feel good. A reminder to take a moment for an open mouth exhale. So take a moment, close your eyes, relax the shoulders, take a deep breath in, feeling up the lower lungs, the middle, the apex, breathe into your back, hold the breath at the top…and open mouth exhale sigh it all out.
